Elyria, OH - rental rates, property value
Hi Bigger Pockets Family. I am a California resident investing in Ohio. I’m new to investing. I have a few properties under contract in Cleveland. There is a good possibility to pick up a multi-family in Elyria, OH. I have a few questions:
1. What are the average rental rates for a 2/1 in Elyria?
2. Is this a good area as far as investments?
3. What are the comps for 4-6 unit properties?
4. Any suggestions for good property management in this area?
