New to Houston, New to REI

Good evening all, as the title say I am a new resident of the great Houston Tx and new to REI, although I did hold hold my Real Estate License in CA I wasn't actively selling but I was gaining knowledge about everything to do with Real Estate. I finally decided that I want to utilize the BRRRR strategy and I have an interest in Wholesaling and Flipping properties. I have currently been analyzing multiple deals a day to learn my new market and the areas that I would like to invest in. I'm here on BP to learn from everyone, build solid working relationships with people from all areas of REI but most importantly I am here to see how I can possibly add value to your business and what I can do for you to ensure I can help you grow even in the slightest.
