I am pretty new to the Arlington market and I know it's a sub-market to Fort Worth Texas. I was just wondering if there were any investors investing in that market?

@Charlie Morales Arlington is a great market for long term rentals. We tend to rent Arlington houses faster than average. The socio-economics in that area just work out perfect. Lots of working class folks that work in the area or has a short commute to most of the major employment centers in Dallas / Fort Worth.
