General Contractor Areements
Good morning,
I was looking on the forum and I wanted the best insight for a template GC Independent Contractor agreement as well as a contract for a sow/ schedule that they can commit to that will include bonuses for early completion as well as deductions for overtime. This will be in an area in NY that I haven't worked with the building department yet so I wouldn't know how long it takes to get permits approved etc. So if anyone has any insight more so in NY, Orange County. Would really appreciate the guidance in advance.
