1st time rental investment
Hello. I just joined this group as I am looking for advice on purchasing my 1st investment beach condo. I am in contract and trying to decide the best options for the loan and down payment. I want to use my heloc for 25% down. Should I use my liquid assists or use the heloc for the down payment? I plan to finance the remainder. What about a cash out refi instead? Thanks in advance for your help. This is my 1st investment property so I am rather nervous!
