Airbnb Restrictions? How to check?
Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum and just got my Pro membership and signed up for the rookie real estate investment Bootcamp, so still learning.
I'm planning to buy a few properties in the short-term rentals like Arabian it's something that is interesting and I want to explore more.
The first question I have in mind is how do I know if a specific area is okay or allowed to do Airbnb because I don't want that after a few months I would realize I cannot do it and then my deal analysis was wrong.
