Seeking Nebraska investors

Hello,

For transparency, I'm new to investing based in Minneapolis, actively looking for my first purchase here in my area.

However, I'm ALSO looking into another market for future endeavors and wanted to begin to network with investors/realtors in the Nebraska (most likely Omaha or Lincoln) area in the hopes of getting a feel for the market and building connections in the area.
