Rental Property Market Analysis
When doing market analysis where are some good places to find wage and rental rate trends? I have found everything else I am interested in researching like job growth, population growth, appreciation etc. but haven't been able to find a good place for the wage and rental rate trends. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
