Should I make my bottom unit a rental or Airbnb.
I’m contemplating if I should make the bottom unit a rental or Airbnb. I currently live in River rouge Michigan which is 10 minutes from Detroit. I’m not sure if it’s a great Airbnb market should I just base it off what I see on air DNA or just go with the rental.
