Beyond the 10 FNMA Loans

Are any of you having success finding conventional 30 year fixed rate loans if you already have FNMA 10 loans on the books? Are there lenders out there who can offer rates beyond the 10 that are similar to 1-10?

Is it possible that the Fannie Mae will lift the 10 loan limit in the future?I believe they already moved from 4 to 10. What was the limit before the real estate crash?

@Neil S. If you are looking for additional money to fund properties, go to your local REIA group and find out what small bank does portfolio lending? This should help you to keep getting good loans. You may even find out, there is a small bank wanting your business for mortgage loans including credit unions.
