First property in another state

Hello Everyone,

So I’ve narrowed it down to 2 markets outside my state in which I would like to invest, now the questions is how to you find “your team”?


I guess you can’t never know for sure if an agent, contractor, manager etc will work out but I want to know is how you narrow it down?
