Investor with a sales license
Does it make any difference if you invest in real estate and have a sales license? Do you have restrictions or any advantages/disadvantages? I would expect you would have advantages, but I've read somewhere there were disadvantages. I want to get my sales license, but I don't want it to effect my investing. Can anyone explain?
