Are There Any Commercial Rental HELOC Programs
Hi I have a rental that is owned free and clear that gets $1700/mo. I would like to tap into the equity without doing a cash-out refi. I am interested in a HELOC product where and I can borrow and then payoff when my projects are completed but my DTI is already in low 40%s. Is there a HELOC product similar to a DSCR loan that will look at the income instead of my personal situation? I have a 750+ credit score, good monthly income and $300k of equity in my personal house but have already been denied for a HELOC on my primary house because of DTI.
