Pittsburgh, PA - SFH Investing?
Good Morning BiggerPockets!
I’m located in Dallas but interested in purchasing a rental property in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I’m not overly familiar in the area, but my Brother-In-Law recently moved there. I noticed rent-to-purchase prices seem favorable in some areas, but I'm interested in learning about the rental market and specific sub-markets that are attractive.
I’d be looking to invest between $100k-$250k. Any help/guiding me would be greatly appreciated!
