I’m a new investor, still trying to find a deal. I wanted to invest out of state. Anyone know, what states are the best right now. My market is so crazy expensive in MA.

I would definitely recommend checking out Columbus OH. It's a solid hybrid market of cash flow and appreciation. Columbus has lots of job opportunities and population growth.
