Valuable to get rent payments upfront?
Was curious if you all would find value in a financing product that allows you to receive rent payments upfront (say 10 months of rent on a 1-year lease), and if so, what interest rate you'd be willing to pay on such product. What would you use the 10 months of upfront rent for?
