Can I call the cops on them??

Hello,

I signed a lease with my old GC before we stole from me and he has been gone for months but one of his employees is still at my property and will not leave. since they are not on the lease can I call the cops for trespassing?

Not going to do anything UNLESS you called the same day he " broke in " . If he has been there and has utilities in his name you have to evict about 500 bux, and 45 days or so.  ANOTHER reason everyone needs to hire a PM.

Do you have a lease? No I'd guess.... So just start the eviction process.....
