Our First Multi Family

Hey Bigger Pockets Family!

Excited to say we will be closing on one of our first two multi family properties next month. A 15 unit in Hebert Springs AR. My business partner and I are heading over this weekend to walk it and meet a few people. We have a restaurant area that we are looking to lease out of it as well or possibly get a small brewery or something set up with it. It is a dry county with a liquor license grandfathered in so if anyone has any experience dealing with anything like that, any suggestions or tips would be really helpful!
