Cost of Construction

With rates jumping up so rapidly and slowing buyer demand, is anyone seeing construction costs coming down in their market? Curious if some builders are getting nervous and are slashing their margins. Plus, lumber is down from where it was, and other commodities seem to be coming down too.

Anyone seeing reduction in cost per sqft for new builds?
