Hello, I am looking for a user friendly accounting software for a new investor, Preferably free or cheap. Me and my wife have 2 properties that we bought earlier this year and just need something to be prepared for tax season. Thanks in advance!

Feel free to click on the magnifying glass in the upper right. This is literally asked monthly if not weekly.

Quickbook’s little brother Quicken is overkill for 20 properties and it costs $50.
