Was looking at a potential rental yesterday and the guy showing it stated he was a Investor. He went on to say that the company he works for is planning on building 100 rentals starting within two months from now. He said after they build them they was going to be sold to a real estate investing(REIT) firm but that they where still going to manage them. Well what do you guys think about this. Has any one been in this situation will the rents drop due tu supply and demand. Just a little anxious wondering what could happen we have always had a big demand for rentals here I've never had a problem with vacancy . Just bought two houses in last two months so let's see what happens.
