Investing in Southern Ohio (Dayton and Cincinnati)

Hi Everyone! My wife and I are investors from Knoxville, Tn and we are looking to expand our portfolio. We looked around and are interested in Dayton and Cincinnati for rental properties. I was wondering if there were other investors from the area to connect with. Also, if you need any advice about the market in Knoxville I would be happy to help!
