Morninā yāall! I hope everyone had an awesome holiday! This morning I wanted to share 2 quick ways to find great local contractors to add to your team!
1.) Leveraging your existing relationshipās- This is my biggest suggestion and first thing to do when you need a project done and for getting more than one quote. The power of your relationships is absolutely everything. We are all in the same boat as investors and have situations that come up all the time! There is a ton of power to be there for each other and share our resources! š
2.) Utilize the town residence groups on Facebook- This is another great resource! There are tons of big groups for all different towns around MA (and most likely all over!) with thousands of people in each. If you ask for contractor recommendations, usually you will get some very āhonestā responses š from folks that live in the town, and you can at least have a jumping off point and/or know which people NOT to call!
