New construction home with steep driveway
I am in the process of researching a property which is a new construction home (no HOA) and has had a price drop of 25K from it's original price. Looking to buy the home as a rental property but the biggest issue with it, is that it has a very long steep driveway. The driveway is almost 25 ft long and very steep. Any recommendations or experience with properties with this type of topology or is it not a big deal?
