Splitting expenses/payments on co-owned property
What are some common ways of splitting expenses in a co-owned property where one partner stays in one room of the said property and another one rents out a room? In case of loss of rent, is it common for the non-residing co-owner to carry the burden entirely, or some of it would go to the residing co-owner?
