real estate conferences and forums

In light of the ever changing market, I'm looking to add a few more conferences, meetups, and real estate forums to my travel this year.  Hoping to find some that are geared around "state of the market", strategies, and a crowd of attendees looking to sharpen each other.  

Obviously, BPCON, but I would like to do several throughout the year leading up to BPCON. I've considered IMN's Middle Market Multifamily, MultiFamily Live, and IMN's SFR rental forum.

Any other recommendations out there? Open to local meet ups too!
