Cold Calling/Finder Fees
Hello everyone !
Wanted to reach out and ask for some advice! So currently, I generate leads and cold call for investors in Maine. I make dozens of calls every week. I find potential leads for trusted investors in my network. Wanted to see if anyone had a solid contract for finder fees that I could possibly use. I need this contract to be able to pass along these leads outside of my network.
Any ideas?
