Hey everyone! I'm new to the REI scene and am in the process of finding my first deal. My current work schedule is 28 days of work and 28 days off. I was wondering if anyone had ideas for side hustles involving real estate that I could do during my 28 days off so that I could earn extra money and gain further exposure to REI? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
