Hey guys currently Jarrell in a SFH looking to house hack a duplex 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side in the Austin area with a family of 5. with the price of most duplexes in Austin without betting on appreciation, how are you cash flowing or reducing your mortgage with current price and rates in Austin?
