New advise from seasoned R.E. minded people...
Hello all, I have found a piece of property with the owner willing to finance it as it is hard to get a land loan. The only problem Is he needs to be payed out fairly quick as he is in his 90's maybe like 1-2 years.
Need ideas as to pull this deal together as this will be a place I raise my 2 last kids up in to give them a chance at a little freedom. I have plans maybe to put a modular on the land so I will be trying to see if there is a way to get financing for that once I obtain the land.
Any ideas would ve greatly appreciated.
By the way land is 3 ac. and price for land is 284,000 it has power on property but needs a well.
