@Quentin Shaurette, contrary to what others may say, real estate investing and acquisition can be learned through one's trial and error. I often find people using the whole mentor thing as yet another excuse and form of procrastination. In my opinion, learn as much as you can on your own before seeking a mentor. Once you're faced with a real unique challenge that you've never come across before, then it's ok to seek advice from experienced investors. You can develop a relationship with a potential mentor by adding value to them. Find an investor who has a pain point in their business and resolve that pain point for them pro bono. Hope this helps!
