Mobile Home Note origination and Sale.
Hello all, Looking for thoughts regarding my mobile home flipping business. I have been buying used mobile homes in parks for cash and selling using contract for title. It's been working so far but I need to start networking with investors who would be interested in buying or rehypothecating these notes. They yield well and are relatively short terms(4-5 years usually). I wonder if anyone here has thoughts about how to find folks that would be interested in such investments. Thanks!
