Florida real estate hot spots

I know Florida is a hot spot, but I'm thinking of buying a long-term rental for a future vacation spot for the family. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good market that would rent well, and the property will appreciate?

@Bryan Addy the Tampa Bay Area and Pan Handle of Florida have some pretty solid numbers for appreciation and cash flow right now with short term rentals.
