Need Advice Please!
Hi everyone I’m looking at a 5 bed 1 bath with a detached 2 car garage with a 1 bed 1 bath apartment above it. I want to rent the out the 5 bed house and convert one of the garage to a second room for the apartment. I also was thinking about possibly taking one of the bed rooms in the house and change it to bathroom. What should I do? All help is appreciated.
