where i can find some real estate formation

Hi, I'm a student and I'm trying to find some real estate courses, but I don't really know where to find good ones. I'm aware that the web is filled with scams, so can someone help me?

@Georges Haykal I think you already found the best courses - it is these forums. Read as much as you can and take everything with a grain of salt. Watch the Bigger Pockets webinars for even more information. Then go out and do a deal. If you lose $10-20k on your first deal and you use it as a learning experience that will be better than spending money on a course because you will learn practically rather than theoretically.

Are you trying to learn how to become a real estate agent, a property manager or to invest in rental properties?  If you're trying to become a real estate agent, you should start with the National Association of Realtors; if a property manager, then try National Association of Residential Property Managers. If the you want to be a landlord, stick with BiggerPockets and buy a few books under the Learn tab and join your local REIA.

If you're not sure yet what kind of course you want, continue to read BP and attend local events held by real estate investing groups until you figure it out. We will be here for you.
