Need help with due diligence in Pontiac, MI
I'm working with a title challenged 4/1 in Pontiac. Pontiac is not my usual gig. I have family in Michigan but near enough to help. I need a title report and someone to check out the property (vacant).
Can anyone point me to a title company that can give me prelim asap. I'm happy to pay a fee for the report if I don't close.
And is there anyone that wants to check out it and take pictures. I'm happy to pay.
The house appears to be in an OK area and I'll be reselling if I can solve the title issues. I'll make it great deal for someone!
