Suggestions for a first time Lehigh Valley visitor as RE investor?
Hello BP community & Lehigh Valley investors!
I'll be visiting Allentown area this Thursday and stay over the weekend. I plan to check my out-of-state property there, along with another one under contract (hopefully one more by the time I get there), meet my locale team, visit friends, talk to investors I know online, and tour neighborhoods in Slatington, Bethlehem etc. As a first time vistor, any area/town you would recommend to check out? Any locale meet ups for real estate investors? Also feel free to ping me if you want to meet in person, we can grab some coffee and chat about investing, maybe we can pair up on some deals one day 😄
