Is anyone familiar with this location in Cleveland. I wanted to find out how is this location and if they know if the area is is trying to revitalize? Thank you

 Most of shaker heights is really good, the west end can be rough in some areas. if its 44122 its probably great, if its 44120 make sure you do your due diligence. If you drew a line up Lee rd up to van aken then followed van aken over, west of lee and below van aken gets progressively worse. Hope this helps!
