Rookie Boot Camp

Hey everyone,

I’m Patty. Very new to the whole world of real estate investing. I am seriously considering enrolling in the the Rookie Boot Camp after following Ashley on instagram and listening to Real Estate Rookie Podcast. Is anyone aware of how much someone should have saved and potentially have ready to be deployed when going through the course?

I have a little over 20k available and I don’t think that may be enough to get my 1st single family home.
