A1 Zonning Agricultural
Hi everyone! We are about to close on an older farm house with 3.2 acres in North GA. The property is zoned as A1 (agricultural), we have investments in residential zoning, so this is new to us. I called the county and got some information about this type of zoning, and looks like it's a great option for taxes, and adding extra "buildings". Does anyone have experience on this type of properties? Is there anything I should know? Are properties in A1 zoning good investment? We are getting a conventional loan so looks like zoning doe not have anything to do with it.... I would love to get more info. THANK YOU!!!
