Off market properties no address

Hello -

I found a couple of properties that appear to be unoccupied/rundown. I have the street address but not the full address. I'd like to locate the owner to determine if this would be an appropriate Wholesale venture. How do I locate off market properties to get the full address and info? Would I go through the county records?
