Group home rental
Hello, I just purchased my second property in San tan valley. My first property is a single story 3 bed 2 bath, my second property is a two story 5 bed 2 and 1/2 bath. June of 2024 I will be purchasing my 3rd property to move into and I would like to rent out my other two properties to group homes. I understand there is a specific lease agreement I will need but was wondering if you all had any other tips or information you could pass along my way as I prepare for that in the next year. Also is there a specific site or page that deals with company’s who need group home rentals out there? Thank you!
