Hello all,

I’m interested in the San Antonio market. I’m planning to expand my portfolio for LTR. I need some advises on where to invest in SA. I heard the North West side is better than the North East side but again, I don’t have much knowledge about the area. I’m looking at some new builds in Davis Ranch and I really like the community and what it has to offer but not sure about the rental turnaround time in this area. Could someone give me some insights?

Should I go with new build? I heard the NorthEast side with the military bases it would be better for rentals in general.

You should not rule property out based off area. You need to look at all opportunity based off numbers. If a property meets your certain criteria, nothing should be off limits.
