Top of the morning! Does anybody out there believe we will be able to make Real Estate investment transactions using Bitcoin in the future?

If you mean by using Bitcoin as an asset, yes.  I am a lender myself and we allow Bitcoin for asset utilization.

50% if you keep in crypto, 100% if you liquidate.
