Ok im posting this to get some opinions i have been investing for about 5 years now but i have no one to talk to about real estate investing. Ok so i currently have 6 Residential homes and 2 are being rented  the rest need rehab and i rent out  each unit for 1300$ so I took on $130.000 debt from my 3 properties  to basically buy 3 more properties and my mortgage is only about 1111$ for the 3 homes  So the issue im having is How do i Speed up the rehabbing aspect because i basically do all the work myself with some help and i work Full time so only have the weeknds to do anything it takes me aproximently 1 year to rehab  a house because its major repairs re wiring a whole house furnace roof flooring etc.. I Believe i save Lots of money doing it myself as to oppose hiring a contractor But It just takes Sooo Long to do. I make Plenty of money from my Full Time Job That all the money i earn there i buy for materials etc Would it be wise to just Pay Contractors to do all the work? but at the same time wont this cost much more as oppose to doing it yourself?? any advice would help thanks
