Does anyone have successfully use the city bonus ADU program?

Hello dear investors,

I am wondering if anyone has successfully used the city ADU bonus program? I am more curious about the appraisal if one adds more than 4 ADUs on a property. Will the appraisal be based on revenues like a commercial RE or it will still be based on comps like a residential one and get much lower sq/ft valuation for ADUs? Also, I'd like to learn about the processing time as the city apparently prioritizes ADU projects but not sure if this will apply if multiple ADUs are involved.
