Buyer agent rebates
Hi all, I'm planning to buy a rental investment property and I have already researched and shortlisted a couple of them. I need an agent to just make offers and handle the paperwork. Are there any agents that work on an hourly basis or offer a part of their commission as buyer rebate? Thanks!

By rebate, do you mean a kickback? If so, that means the agent is gifting you part of his paycheck.
