Investing During Hurricane Season

Zachary Dubin
Posted

Hey everyone, I am brand new to the real estate investing world but have been learning a lot and I am looking to buy my first house in the near future.  For those of you who have been investing in Nola for a while, how do you factor hurricane season into your business plan?  Do prices go down after a hard season?  What about the opposite?  I haven't found any educational materials covering this subject so I would love to hear the opinions of some veterans of the industry.
