Accuracy of Real Estate Data
I like to use the Rental Estimator on Bigger Pockets and Zillows Zestimate to understand potential value for a new opportunity. BIG difference. Reviewed the data for my house and noticed that BP information was not updated with recent appraisal or sale of house. Any tricks for checking accuracy of data? Thanks for your help.
