Private Money Lenders

Jordi Valado
Posted

Hey All,

I’ve been getting emails from people who are claiming to be private money lenders. Can these be trusted? Has anyone worked with a private money lender like this? I do post my email on different groups for deals so I understand how they have my email.

@Jordi Valado

There are legit private lenders but also many scammers.

If interest rates are below 8%, or they require $ upfront they are scammers

Always always always use a third party escrow company in any transaction with any lender
